Using QuoteWake
QuoteWake provides software for organizing estimates, scheduling follow-ups, handling customer replies, and measuring recovered revenue. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for how your organization uses the service.
Messaging responsibility
You must only send messages when you have the right to contact the recipient and must comply with applicable consent, identification, opt-out, quiet-hour, carrier, and communications requirements. You may not use QuoteWake for spam, deceptive messages, harassment, unlawful content, or purchased contact lists that you are not authorized to message.
Accounts and team access
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity performed by users you invite to your workspace. Account owners and administrators should remove access when a teammate no longer needs it.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Plan limits and features may vary by subscription. Unless required otherwise by law or stated at checkout, fees already incurred are not automatically refundable merely because an account is later canceled.
Availability
We work to keep QuoteWake reliable, but uninterrupted delivery, carrier acceptance, email delivery, or recovery of any particular estimate is not guaranteed. Third-party provider outages, filtering, carrier rules, recipient settings, and internet failures can affect service.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, attempt to access another customer's workspace, bypass usage limits, misuse provider credentials, reverse engineer restricted portions of the service where prohibited, or use QuoteWake to violate applicable law or another person's rights.
Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms as the product evolves. Access may be suspended for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or material violation of these terms. Customers may cancel paid subscriptions using the billing controls made available in their account.
